Our buffalo has received several celebrity endorsements, most notably from Gordon Ramsay and Paul Hollywood. A very healthy meat that is lower in cholesterol, higher in mineral content and less than half the fat content of conventional lean beef.

Buffalo Fillet Steak

Matured on the bone for a minimum of 21 days using a traditional dry-aging process for extra tenderness and flavour. The Buffalo fillet is very similar to beef and can be cooked in exactly the same way, with the fillet in particular it is difficult to tell the difference between Buffalo and quality beef.

Buffalo Sirloin Steak

We mature our Sirloins on the bone for a minimum of 21 days using a traditional dry-aging process for extra tenderness and flavour. The Buffalo Sirloin is similar to that of beef but smaller in size and can be cooked in exactly the same way.

Buffalo Ribeye Steak

Buffalo Popeseye Steak

Also known as Rump steak. A versatile and tasty frying steak cut from the lower back of the animal, a great steak on its own or cut into strips and used in your favourite stir-fry or fajitas!

Buffalo Minute Steak

Thinly sliced lean steak cut from the hind leg. A great cut for a meal in a hurry and ideal for steak baguettes or salads.

Buffalo Fillet Tails

Taken from the narrow end of the fillet, this tender meat is perfect for flash-frying as a whole or as strips in supper tasty stir-fry’s. Versatile and a great value steak with the full flavour and tenderness of the fillet. They are superb as a lean and very tasty steak.

A lean joint and traditional favourite, this should be cooked slower than a similar beef joint and is recommended for slow cooking or pot roasting. Also fantastic once cold for sandwiches and salads!
