This butter is crafted by Allison and Will Abernethy, who inherited their butter-making skills from generations of family tradition. In 2005, they turned their passion into a business, beginning at local agricultural and vintage shows where they demonstrated the age-old process of churning cream into butter. It wasn’t long before demand for their traditionally made butter grew—proof that care, heritage, and great flavour never go out of style.
