This flavour brings together two of founder Phil’s favourite things: hand-cooked potato crisps and traditionally made Somerset cheddar. The rich, mature farmhouse cheese is perfectly balanced with a hint of onion, creating a deeply savoury, moreish crunch in every bite.

Brown Bag Crisps is an independent, family-run company founded by Phil and Viv in their hometown of Shepperton, Surrey. It all started back in 2010, when Phil began experimenting in the kitchen—frying and seasoning crisps in the early hours until he found the perfect crunch and flavour. As demand grew, they left their day jobs and turned their passion into a business.

Today, the ethos remains unchanged: to make delicious, hand-cooked crisps using only the finest natural ingredients—supporting independent retailers every step of the way.
