Our Buffalloumi in Blankets are a seriously indulgent twist on a festive favourite.

Each pack contains 8 generous sticks of our buffalo-milk halloumi-style cheese, lovingly twice wrapped in The Buffalo Farm’s own streaky bacon — half a block of Buffalloumi, perfectly portioned and ready to cook. 

Made with our protein-rich buffalo milk Buffalloumi, this is an indulgence that packs in flavour and substance. With 19.4g of protein per 100g in our Buffalloumi, it’s a satisfying choice for those looking to enjoy a high-protein treat without sacrificing taste.

Simply pop them in the oven or air fryer until the bacon is crisp and the Buffaloumi is golden and deliciously squeaky. They’re incredible served just as they are, but also shine when brushed with a sweet-and-tangy glaze.
