A true butcher’s favourite, our Buffalo Boneless Rib Roast delivers all the richness and tenderness you’d expect from a premium roasting joint – with the added depth and distinctive flavour of buffalo meat.

Cut from the rib section and matured on the bone using a traditional dry-ageing process, this joint develops exceptional tenderness and character. Once perfectly aged, it’s taken off the bone and expertly rolled by our butchers for easy roasting and carving.

Buffalo is naturally leaner than beef but full of flavour, with gentle marbling that melts during cooking to keep the meat juicy and succulent. The result is a roast that’s beautifully tender, rich in taste, and packed with protein – ideal for any special meal or Sunday roast.

Available in 1.5kg joints.

Oven Cook


Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4. Place the joint into a roasting tray and put in the centre of the preheated oven to cook, referencing the times stated below to determine the cooking time. 

Rare: 20 minutes per 450g, plus 20 minutes
Medium: 25 minutes per 450g, plus 20 minutes  
Well done: 30 minutes per 450g, plus 20 minutes


Once you have removed your joint from the oven, we recommend that you cover and leave it to rest for around half the cooking time before serving. 

 

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
