Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a wok or heavy based frying pan until spitting hot.  
 
Tip the contents of the tray into the wok and stir fry for 7-10 minutes until piping hot.  
 
There is no need to add any other seasonings unless you want to.  You can always add more beef if you're feeling very hungry!
 
Serve in tortilla wraps!
