Our handcrafted dry-cured bacon is made right here at The Buffalo Farm, using traditional methods for exceptional flavour and quality. We use no added water, so you won’t get those unwanted white bits in the pan – just beautifully crisp, flavourful bacon.

Made from premium pork loin, it's carefully trimmed to remove fatty ends, leaving only the best, meaty cuts. With a lower salt content, our bacon is a healthier choice without compromising on taste. Perfect for a hearty breakfast or the ultimate bacon sandwich!
