A beautifully prepared joint that showcases the rich, distinctive flavour of buffalo meat. Naturally leaner than beef but every bit as tender, our Buffalo Sirloin Roast is perfect for those who enjoy a fine, full-flavoured roast with a refined texture.

Matured on the bone using a traditional dry-ageing process, this cut develops exceptional tenderness and depth of flavour. Each joint is then taken off the bone, carefully trimmed, tied, and rolled by our butchers – creating an evenly shaped, boneless joint that cooks and carves with ease.

A thin layer of fat over the top helps keep the meat moist during roasting, producing a succulent, flavour-packed joint that’s ideal for a special meal or a Sunday roast.

Available in 1kg, 1.5kg and 2kg joints.

Oven Cook


Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4. Place the joint into a roasting tray and put in the centre of the preheated oven to cook, referencing the times stated below to determine the cooking time. 

Rare: 20 minutes per 450g, plus 20 minutes
Medium: 25 minutes per 450g, plus 20 minutes  
Well done: 30 minutes per 450g, plus 20 minutes


Once you have removed your joint from the oven, we recommend that you cover and leave it to rest for around half the cooking time before serving. 

 

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
