Where it all began...
Founded in 2005 by Steve Mitchell, The Buffalo Farm started with a small herd and a vision for something different. Now home to over 500 buffalo, Scotland’s largest herd, we produce award-winning meat, mozzarella, and ice cream. Our buffalo graze freely on lush pastures, ensuring high welfare standards. From farmers' markets to a multi-award winning butchery, we’ve grown while staying true to our roots.
