Heat oven to 180c fan/200c conventional.

Wrap the fillets loosely in tin foil and place on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and piping hot.

These delicious chicken breasts are also suitable for grilling, frying, stir-frying or barbecuing.
