Sourced directly from Carron Lodge, an award winning cheese maker who milk a small herd of 30 water buffalo in Lancashire. 

The Shipston Blue has a full blue flavour and a rich, creamy paste, which develops whilst maturing in the cave at Park Head Farm. A deserving winner of the Best Buffalo Cheese at The 2015 International Cheese Awards.

Buffalo milk products are an excellent alternative to those who are intolerant to cows milk.
