Our very own Black Pudding made with some special ingredients. Great in a breakfast roll, as part of a traditional cooked breakfast or used to stuff meat such as chicken or steak.

I have never liked burnt black pudding. Buffalo black pudding is the tastiest on earth so far. I steamed it or add it to vegetables and cover with a lid for a few minutes.
It freezes well.
In Spain black pudding has pine kernels and currants added, very tasty!
I do not miss it anymore, got buffalo now.
Good value for money and healthier than any other brands I tried in the past.

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.

Ingredients: Suet, Dried Blood, Water, Oatmeal, Onion, Salt, Rice Flour, Spices, Rusk (WHEAT Flour, Water, Salt, Raising Agent (Ammonium Carbonate)), Flavourings, Tomatoes, Malt Vinegar, Molasses, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Dates, Modified Cornflour, RYE Flour, Tamarind, Smoked Bacon.
