Our Indian range is moving from strength to strength with the addition of this delicious treat from the Sub Continent.  

Butter Chicken was invented in Northern India in the 1940s and has become a favourite in restaurants across the globe for it's depth of flavour and elegantly creamy sauce.

It has a delicate, mild flavour although you can add a few chilli flakes before you cook it to give it an extra kick if you wish.  

*Interesting fact - There shouldn't actually be much butter in a Butter Chicken, it was named to describe the silky, smooth texture of the sauce rather than the presence of copious amounts of butter*

This dish is guaranteed to liven up your autumn weekend dinner table. 

In fact, give it a try with our haggis or chicken pakora and you've got a feast fit for a Maharaja right there!
