Matured on the bone for a minimum of 21 days using a traditional dry-aging process for extra tenderness and flavour. The Buffalo ribeye is similar to beef and can be cooked in the same way.

Ribeye steak has a natural marbling of fat which melts while cooking to leave a juicy & succulent piece of meat. My personal favourite.

What absolutely gorgeous steaks these were!

They aren't quite as tender as the best beef equivalents (because of the low fat content I presume) but they were reasonably tender and very, very tasty.

Simply grilled and served, our entire family agreed that these were a winner - and that's from a family that rarely agree on anything, especially food-wise.
