Chilli Haggis
A twist on our traditional Haggis, a beautifully textured haggis with a kick of chilli and red pepper.
Sold as a smaller 'chip shop' size individual 200g stick.
Ideal as a pizza topping, an addition to pimp your burger or just serve as you would traditionally with neeps and tatties.
Used this to make haggis and bean pie, Balmoral chicken filling and also as a topping for home made pizza. All I can say is WOW! It is fabulous and I am certainly a big fan.

Can be reheated in a number of ways -
Wrap stick tightly in tin foil and place in pan of boiling water, simmer for 15 - 20 minutes, remove carefully from sleeve and break up with a fork before serving
Place in a oven proof dish and cover with tin foil, cook at 180 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes until piping hot throughout , break up with fork prior to serving
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
