Bought these from the shop this morning (June 02, 2020) on my first visit, although I've had deliveries from the farm.
Easy cooked, about 10 to 15 minutes under a medium grill turning twice, basted lightly with olive oil.
These are quite spicy from the heat of the chilli, but not unpleasantly hot. I got quite a hit of fennel/star anise and a wee bit of cumin from the chicken. The herbs and spices are otherwise very subtle. They were fabulously delicious!
